The 15th-tenure National Assembly (NA) is scheduled to discuss and make decision on the investment policy for the North - South high-speed railway project at its 8th session from October 21 to November 30, Vice Chairman of the NA Office Vu Minh Tuan said at a press briefing held on October 20.
The 1,541-km North-South high-speed railway will run through 20 provinces and cities. It requires an estimated investment capital of some $58.71 billion.
